HOW DOES TELEHEALTH PSYCHIATRY WORK?

Our virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive a private link before each appointment, allowing you to connect with your provider from the comfort and privacy of your home using any device with a camera and internet connection. Our intake sessions are approximately 30 minutes long and follow up appointments are approximately 20 minutes.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are currently in-network with several major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, CareSource, Amerigroup, and Peach State Health Plan for psychiatric services.  For out-of-network patients, we can provide detailed superbills for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please note, we DO NOT accept insurance for any counseling services at this time. All counseling sessions are $100.00.

CAN YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATION ONLINE?

Yes, our board-certified psychiatric providers can evaluate and prescribe necessary medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your local pharmacy. At this time, we do not prescribe any controlled substances on this platform; however, we may be able to provide telehealth services through our sister company, Jefferson Psychiatric Services, to meet those needs. All prescriptions are managed according to state and federal telehealth regulations.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY?

Telehealth is not suitable for life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Getting started is simple. You can book an initial consultation through our portal. During your first session, your provider will conduct a thorough assessment and discuss a personalized treatment plan tailored to your mental health journey.

INSURANCE & BILLING

Our billing office works directly with primary insurance carriers to simplify your care. We ensure transparent pricing and upfront estimates for all out-of-pocket costs.

• In-Network: Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid and CMOs.
• Out-of-Network superbills provided
• HSA and FSA payments accepted
• Automated billing via patient portal
• Private Pay Rates: Intakes - $200.00, Followups - $100.00
